Technical characteristics in our cruise ship pools
Centro Italia Yachting® uses fully customizable foam materials such as eps or xps. With such materials the scope of intervention is very wide even with boats complex in shape, structure or size. It is by listening to our clients and understanding their needs that we are able to develop every project, finding the perfect solution for boats and adding high style accessories and custom coatings.
3D measurement
Thanks to our contactless 3D measuring system, we are able to design pools for cruise ships calculated by the millimeter, recreating the final product to the smallest detail, including those invisible to the human eye. The 3D system is regulated by PTB certified artifacts (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt). This tool allows us to show our customers the final result, ensuring there will be no upheavals during the implementation phase. We then proceed with 3D rendering, digitization and final report that includes all transformations required for the construction of the shell (in steel, carbon, fiberglass or Marine aluminum).
Tracking system measurement
During the design phase, the optical tracking system used by our Centro Italia Yachting professionals allows to analyze with the utmost precision all the forces acting on cruise ships pools. We measure accurate millimeter movements that might affect the structures and walls subject to water pressure, guaranteeing an optimal durable and safe yield.
The evaluations obtained by the tracking system -which is widely used in the aerospace and automotive field- are useful in the following situations:
- when filling the tank. The tracking technology allows you to study all slightest movements of the structure, designing its constructive outcome;
- when using the pool. Tests are carried out to assess the response of facilities to possible movements during bathing;
- when analyzing fluid velocity. Checking even the slightest movements allows you to improve the structure performance by analyzing maximally functional accessories.
SWIMMING POOL INSURANCE IN MARINE INDUSTRY
An insurance system dedicated to the nautical world.We rely on the DINAMICA BUSINESS 360 navigation insurance, which covers the entire period of intense activities in shipyards both in Italy and abroad. After delivery, the warranty period is subject to territorial extension: RC0 in worldwide territories, RCT for all countries except the USA, Canada and Mexico.
