Technical features
In our over thirty years experience in the marine industry, we have improved more and more our construction methods which today rely on highly innovative design and technical solutions.
For example, before construction, we can provide the customer with a 3D project in which the final result of the onboard swimming pool is shown.
Thanks to our modern 3D technology systems, the project will not undergo changes during the work, as we have the opportunity to make millimeter measurements even remotely.
3D survey
Our modern 3D non-contact measurement system is calibrated using artifacts certified by the PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt), allowing the acquisition of 100% of the laying pool surface, making high resolution centesimal scans. 3D survey is essential especially when a structure must be placed in a recess left by the shipyard. Once measurements are made, we proceed with the three-dimensional rendering, 3D digitization and report drafting, showing all transformations of the file to be used for the construction of the shell.
Survey with optical tracking system
Tracking technology is used during the measurement of movements of structures and walls subject to water pressure. The system is used especially in the following situations:

filling of the tub or pool, in order to design the construction result with the utmost precision, taking into account even minimal oscillations and displacements;

use of the pool by bathers, to detect the highest level of displacement of the structure under stress, especially when swimming upstream;
-
analysis of fluid velocity, draining and refilling of pools, in order to design accessories in accordance with all movement values detected.
These technical characteristics are necessary to design unique plants capable of functioning both when the boat is moored and during navigation. The calculation of movements due to water stress is performed to offer the utmost performance of the facilities, providing a product with excellent aesthetic and functional performance.
Pools and Whirlpools for yachts: decorative solutions
Our catalog offers a wide range of decorative solutions: mosaic or top design tiles floors, our choices are functional and sophisticated. An additional customizable parameter is the swimming pool cover, in order to preserve temperature and cleanliness of the pool, as well as create further floor areas.
SWIMMING POOL INSURANCE IN MARINE INDUSTRY
An extra guarantee for the entire warranty periodWe rely on the DINAMICA BUSINESS 360 navigation insurance, which covers the entire period of intense activities in shipyards both in Italy and abroad. After delivery, the warranty period is subject to territorial extension: RC0 in worldwide territories, RCT for all countries except the USA, Canada and Mexico.

Centro Italia Yachting® installed in the middle of the forward deck onboard the mega yacht Elements 80M by Yachtley the "Swimming Pool Element", with two curved cascading tempered glass and a mixed whirlpool system.
