3D measurements
Centro Italia Yachting® has artifacts certified by PTB (Physkalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) with which the new non-contact 3D measuring system is calibrated. We can get 100% of the laying surface through centesimal measurements. This is a major operation especially when a structure must be laid in a shipyard. The 3D project is divided into the fowling phases:
- measurement
- three-dimensional rendering
- 3D digitization
- report
Measurements with optical tracking system
The optical tracking system is used to measure the movements of structures subject to water action and is employed in the following cases:
- filling of the tub
- use of the pool
- fluid velocity analysis.
When filling the tank, the tracking technology allows you to design a structure to the millimeter, taking into account even undetectable oscillations.
This technology is essential in view of the actual use of the pool: actually, it is crucial for the detection of every single movement of structures subjected to stress, as in the case of counter-current swimming.
Lastly, the tracking system is used during the analysis of fluid velocity to develop accessories relevant to the motion parameters obtained.

Centro Italia Yachting® , in collaboration with Cristiano Gatto’s team, has contributed to the development of the exclusive Yachtley superyacht, creating an high-class rectangular whirlpool bath -590 cm x 245 cm x 75 cm- with RGB lighting.

An efficient warranty system for the nautical sector.We rely on the DINAMICA BUSINESS 360 navigation insurance, which covers the entire period of intense activities in shipyards both in Italy and abroad. After delivery, the warranty period is subject to territorial extension: RC0 in worldwide territories, RCT for all countries except the USA, Canada and Mexico.
